How to Make Spicy Beef and Vegetable Stir Fry:

Step 1.

Prepare the Ingredients: Slice the beef, onion, leek, and cucumber. Cut the snake beans into 2-inch pieces and julienne the carrot.

Coat the Beef: Coat the beef slices with rice flour, shaking off any excess. 

Step 3.
