- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped fresh mango
For the topping:
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh mango
- 1 tablespoon honey

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
