ü 1 medium Onion, chopped.
ü 200g Turkey, cooked, shredded.
ü 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
ü 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
ü 100g Oats
ü 2 slices of Bread

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Add the oats and 1 cup of water to the blender. Blend until smooth. This is your oatmeal mixture.
2. Place the vegetable oil in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 30 seconds.
3. Add the chopped onion to the bowl and microwave for another 2 minutes until the onion is softened.
4. Add the shredded turkey and sea salt to the bowl and mix well. Microwave the turkey mixture for another 1 minute to warm up.
5. Toast the bread in the microwave for 1 minute, or until it is just a little crispy.
6. Heavily spread the turkey and onion mixture over the toasted bread, and make sure you then top it with the oatmeal mixture.
