Ingredients

For the toast: 

·       4 slices of bread (white or whole wheat) 

·       2 eggs, beaten. 

·       1/2 cup of diced vegetables (carrots, zucchini, onions) 

·       1/4 cup of diced ham or bacon 

·       1/4 cup of shredded cheese (optional) 

·       Salt and pepper to taste 

For the sauce

·       2 tablespoons of gochujang (Korean chili paste) 

·       2 tablespoons of soy sauce 

·       2 tablespoons of brown sugar 

·       1 tablespoon of rice vinegar 

·       1 teaspoon of grated ginger 

·       1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions 

Step 1: Prepare the Vegetables 

1. Dice the vegetables and ham or bacon into small pieces. 

2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook the vegetables and ham or bacon until lightly browned. 

Step 2: Prepare the Eggs 

1. Beat the eggs in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. 

2. Pour the eggs over the cooked vegetables and ham or bacon in the pan. 

3. Scramble the eggs until fully cooked.

1. Toast the bread slices until lightly browned. 

2. Spread a layer of butter or cooking spray on each toast slice.
